Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required for tax interviews.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with starting the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing with the client, and completing bookkeeping.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service.
• Other duties as assigned.
