Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to support the tax interview process and deliver outstanding client service. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview, then assist in assembling the return and obtaining necessary signatures at closing.

Strong reading and math skills, effective communication, and experience with Windows-based software are required. State and local requirements may apply, with duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Close interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing with the client.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
