Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish tax interviews.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures related to the tax filing process.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
