Job summary

You will also help close the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the final product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures. The role emphasizes delivering superior service to H&R Block clients and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients
• All other duties as assigned
