Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and by assembling tax returns for signing at closing. You will review the finished document with the client and complete bookkeeping steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures at closing, reviewing the product with the client.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures and ensure all clients receive superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
