Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Client Service & Product Support Specialist in New York to provide high-quality tax service to clients. This role involves managing inquiries related to tax deposits, filings, and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

• At least two years of client service and/or call center experience.
• Clear communication style over phone and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax deposits and filing.
• Use expertise to help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
• Resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely manner.
