Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Administration Manager to lead the office tax administration team and work with local tax leadership to ensure compliant processes. You will oversee daily tax administration activities and partner with the Tax Administration Senior Manager to mitigate risk and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with ERP systems, and 3+ years in tax administration, with a background in a professional services firm preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of work experience in tax administration matters.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm.
• Three or more years of people management experience.
• Experience with training and presenting to multiple levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Generates and analyzes reports to assess workflow.
• Keeps Tax Administration Senior Manager informed of potential concerns or risks.
• Identifies issues related to tax systems and processes and consults for solutions.
• Trains administrative and tax professionals on tax administration processes and procedures.
• Disseminates communications on tax software and processes to tax and administrative professionals.
• Communicates with local tax leadership regarding tax administration updates.
• Maintains relationships with local tax leadership and office administration leadership.
• Completes required technical training courses and stays up to date on firm applications and procedures.
