Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Administration Manager to oversee daily tax administration processes within an assigned team. You will work with the Tax Administration Senior Manager to ensure compliance with firm policies and state and federal regulations, and you will lead a team of tax professionals.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, identifying system issues, training staff, and communicating updates to local tax leadership. Strong Microsoft Office and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of work experience in tax administration matters, required.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm, required.
• Three (3) or more years of people management experience, preferred.
• Experience with training and presenting to multiple levels of employees, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily tax administration processes and procedures.
• Trains administrative and tax professionals on tax administration processes and procedures.
• Disseminates communications related to tax software and processes to staff.
• Maintains relationships with local tax leadership and office administration leadership.
