Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Administration Manager to lead daily tax administration within a designated team and collaborate with local tax leadership to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations. The role reports to the Tax Administration Senior Manager and focuses on risk mitigation and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of work experience in tax administration matters.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm is required.
• Three or more years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates and analyzes reports to assess workflow.
• Keeps Tax Administration Senior Manager informed of potential concerns or risks.
• Identifies issues related to tax systems and processes and consults with Senior Manager for solutions.
• Trains administrative and tax professionals on tax administration processes.
• Communicates tax software and process updates to staff.
• Maintains relationships with local tax leadership and office administration leadership.
• Completes required technical training and stays updated on firm applications, processes, and procedures.
