Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a part-time, in-office leader to translate office directives into disciplined daily execution and coaching for Tax Advisors and CSPs. You will own the consultative client experience and serve as the on-site liaison for escalated service concerns.

You will manage scheduling, lead daily huddles, and partner with OEM/DGM to grow client engagement and revenue during the tax season. In-person work is required.

• Demonstrated coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce consultative client experience with disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and workflow.
• Drive office-level growth, client outcomes, and service standards.
• Support talent readiness, onboarding, and change adoption.
