Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related business/management exposure preferred.
• Experience in management or supervision with hiring/recruiting is desirable.
• Proficiency with common software (Excel, email, internet) and tax preparation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise seasonal staff at multiple office locations within district.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing and hiring of seasonal employees when applicable.
• Maximize customer service and sales; perform administrative functions.
• Review and adjust office work schedules to ensure staffing.
