Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Managing Director to lead complex tax engagements, advise on implications, and supervise a team of tax professionals within the office and regional leadership. The role involves marketing, networking, and strong client relationship management to drive business development.

The position requires extensive experience in taxes (CPA/EA), leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering strategic tax solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of tax experience and supervisory experience required.
• CPA, Attorney or EA designation required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, senior associates and managers as required.
• Provide high-level client service and manage engagements to metrics.
• Apply tax knowledge to advise on implications and strategies for clients.
• Communicate risk and changes in tax policy to clients and team.
