Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience required.
• Industry expertise in one or more tax specialty preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, senior associates and managers as the situation dictates.
• Review work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments.
• Act as a Career Advisor to associates, senior associates and managers.
• Schedule and manage workload of associates, senior associates and managers.
• Provide verbal and written performance feedback to associates, senior associates and managers.
• Lead engagements to achieve engagement management metrics and ensure client service quality.
