BDO USA, LLP seeks a Tax Managing Director to advise clients on tax implications, manage complex engagements, and lead a regional team, driving risk assessment, planning, and compliance strategy.

The role emphasizes client relationships, marketing, and development of tax solutions across ASC 740, international and state tax areas, with primary responsibility for complex issues and policy changes.

Competenze

• Ten+ years of tax experience in public accounting or related fields.
• CPA, Attorney or Enrolled Agent (EA) or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical, research and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level tax guidance to clients on complex issues.
• Lead engagements and supervise associates/senior staff.
• Serve as primary client contact for tax questions and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and business development.
