Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements with strategic oversight and mentorship of staff. You will coordinate planning, staffing, timing, and technical issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will supervise junior professionals, conduct performance evaluations, and support business development while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to profitability. Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA licensed preferred.
• CPA license required and strong accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to staffing and delivery.
• Oversee engagement reviews and problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff.
• Assist Principals and Partners in identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth and branding.
