Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Tax Manager to join our fast-growing firm. The Tax Manager will manage tax assignments, supervise Staff and Senior Accountants, and strengthen client relationships with minimal supervision.

Some positions may be open to remote or hybrid work depending on business needs—discuss options with your recruiter. CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (advanced degree is a plus).
• 3–7+ years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to firm profitability.
• Assist Principals with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Represent the firm at conferences and trainings.
