You will manage tax assignments with minimal supervision and mentor staff, while strengthening client relationships and increasing profitability. You will oversee engagements, conduct reviews, and help identify and pursue new clients, balancing technical excellence with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage teams.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and develop clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to staffing and delivery.
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development.
• Assist principals with new client development and business growth.
• Enhance firm brand through conferences and publications.
• Grow client relationships and identify value-added opportunities.
