Novogradac is seeking a Tax Manager to join our fast-growing firm. You will manage tax assignments, supervise staff, mentor teammates and strengthen client relationships to boost office profitability.

The role requires CPA and 3-7+ years of public accounting experience, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Some positions may be remote or hybrid depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through delivery, with minimal supervision.
• Perform engagement reviews and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff; support professional development.
• Assist Principals/Partners with new client pursuits and business development.
• Grow client relationships and contribute to firm profitability.
• Represent the firm at conferences and client trainings.
