Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager for its Private Client Services team. The role oversees multiple client engagements, reviews complex returns, and mentors staff. Emphasis on leadership, client relationships, and up-to-date tax knowledge.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with offices in Minnesota; compensation reflects experience and qualifications, with a Minnesota range of $110,000–$140,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Cultivate expertise aligned with firm niches and needs.
• Time and billing management for self and team.
• Develop understanding of client business and meet deadlines.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in client seminars.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply knowledge to engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to coordinate delivery of services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
