Job summary

EisnerAmper in Minneapolis seeks a Tax Senior Associate to join our Private Client Services team. You will coordinate engagements, prepare federal/state/international returns, and help clients manage tax planning with guidance from experienced managers.

We value innovation, collaboration and a client-first mindset. CPA or EA credentials are preferred, and experience with ProSystems FX/CCH Engagement is a plus. Minnesota salary range is $75k–$100k, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services.
• Prepare federal, state, multi-state and international income tax returns.
• Conduct research and planning according to tax laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices as needed.
• Communicate with clients as directed by Manager.
• Work as part of an integrated team.
• Assist with training and mentoring Interns and Associates.
