Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services team. You will oversee multiple client engagements, review complex returns, manage staff, and provide research as needed. The role offers hybrid work with offices in multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in tax, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and strong leadership to mentor staff and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and other entities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and provide professional development guidance.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply changes to client engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to ensure efficient delivery of services.
