Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Manager for the Private Client Services team in Elgin, IL, with a hybrid work model. The role involves supervising associates, reviewing complex tax returns, and growing client relationships while applying current tax laws. Leadership and mentoring are key expectations as you collaborate with firm leadership.

The ideal candidate will have CPA or Enrolled Agent status, 4+ years in tax, and relevant public accounting experience. Master’s in Taxation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• 4+ years tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting or public/corporate mix.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.
• Build client relationships and engage firm leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and pursue professional development.
