Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build and maintain client relationships and liaise with firm leadership.
• Cultivate specialized knowledge aligned with firm niches and needs.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Develop understanding of the client’s business and meet deadlines.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars.
• Stay updated on tax laws and accounting standards and apply changes.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals to deliver services efficiently.
• Hold self and reports accountable for developmental goals.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Engage in professional development to enhance technical knowledge.
