Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the Private Client Services practice in a hybrid setting in the Pasadena/Los Angeles area. You will oversee multiple client engagements, review complex returns, and guide staff to ensure quality service.

The role emphasizes leadership, client development, and collaboration across service lines, with CPA or EA required and GoSystems/CCH Axcess experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and continually develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with firm leadership.
