Ideal candidate has 4+ years in tax compliance/consulting, CPA or EA certification, and leadership ability to grow our staff and client relationships. Master’s in Taxation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership; manage time and billing.
