Job summary

EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Tax Senior Manager to lead the Private Client Services practice in a hybrid environment with Pasadena as a preferred location. You will oversee complex tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, manage client engagements, and contribute to business development.

You will supervise staff, foster client relationships, review complex returns, and stay current with tax laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships while pursuing new engagements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families.
• Handle hedge funds, private equity, and investment-related clients.
• Directly engage with clients to deliver tax planning and compliance solutions.
• Review complex tax returns and maintain client communication.
• Develop staff through training and supervision.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply changes to engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals for efficient delivery.
• Hold team accountable for developmental goals.
