Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
• Seven+ years of accounting, finance or law experience
• Experience in private client services and supervisory experience
• Public accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages tax and consulting engagements and identifies client needs and opportunities
• Acts as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues
• Reviews complex returns (individual, trust, estate, S‑Corp, foundation, partnership, gifts)
• Directs communications with government agencies on complex matters
• Researches tax issues and develops recommendations for PCS leadership and clients
• Expands knowledge through client engagements and current tax developments
• Prioritizes work to keep engagements on track
• Supports PCS/firm contributions including billing, recruiting, and training
• Builds relationships with internal and external sources
• Other duties as assigned
