Qualifications

• Requires a CPA, Attorney or EA status or equivalent.
• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting.
• Experience supervising teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives.
• Lead tax compliance, planning, and ASC 740 processes.
• Develop and communicate written tax advice to clients; supervise associates.
