H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Tax & Integration Manager to lead Office Leaders and associates across a portfolio of CPA offices, driving operational excellence, workload balance, and client service delivery with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Regional Tax & Integration Manager, you will guide change initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure policies and standards are followed while fostering collaboration and leveraging AI-powered tools to boost productivity

Qualifications
