H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a higher quality consultative client experience. You will set expectations for service, execution, and business outcomes while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to excellence.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive client satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; use insights to close gaps and improve experience.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to high performance and accountability.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive revenue growth across offices.
