You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, and drive business results while ensuring office readiness and compliant operations. In this role, you’ll lead through change, develop bench strength, and monitor performance to adapt processes and uplift client outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including handling escalations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.
