H&R Block is seeking a proactive Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices and deliver a high‑quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensuring excellence in consultative service, operations, and results.

You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day execution, leading with clear expectations and disciplined processes to build high‑performing teams and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and consultative service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage daily operations.
• Experience leading through change and prioritizing across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across 4–6 offices.
• Coach teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor metrics, drive improvements, and ensure consistent client experience.
• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in‑person leadership presence.
