Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions to each situation.

As a community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, build relationships, and participate in local marketing activities, while delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for Turbotax customers.
• Complete tax preparation services for simple to complex situations.
• Assist customers using Turbotax products and explain tax concepts clearly.
