You will guide customers through tax returns, offer personalized tax planning, and contribute to growing TurboTax’s local client base while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes on-site work in retail environments, with a focus on community engagement, local marketing, and building trust.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local presence.
