Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, guide clients, and build a local customer base through outreach and events.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients maximize refunds, explore related Intuit services, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a community setting, while complying with company training and uniform policies.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and prepare TurboTax client returns.
• Lead local outreach and build a base of clients.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem through referrals and cross-sell.
• Deliver strong customer experience and handle inquiries.
