Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs.

As a Local Service Expert, you will work with a team of financial professionals, provide full-service tax return preparation, and connect clients with specialists in bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 forms per tax season.
• Experience with tax preparation software and knowledge of tax laws.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week during peak season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Serve as local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience both in person and via video tools.
