Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help customers maximize refunds while guiding them through federal and state tax laws.

You’ll be a local ambassador, building a community presence through events, outreach, and partnerships, while leveraging Intuit resources to grow your client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/PTIN with strong tax preparation experience.
• At least 3 years filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, consistent schedule.
• Compliance training and ongoing professional development required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Build local client base through community outreach and events.
• Represent TurboTax as the local face and coordinate with marketing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and use Intuit tools effectively.
