Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorne y with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software, Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, with training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
