Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit’s resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.
