Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax offices.

You will serve as the primary on-site advisor, connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem and a network of specialists for end-to-end service. You will help build a loyal local client base, engage with the community, and deliver personalized, future-focused tax planning while supporting a broad range of personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete all required training and development as directed by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax-related challenges
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools
• Collaborate with a broader team of tax and advisory specialists
