Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and cultivate lasting client relationships within the community. You will help clients navigate personal and business tax matters, drive local growth, and leverage Intuit resources for a comprehensive client experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships through local events, referrals, and ongoing client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
