Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team, helping clients from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, while growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual support, collaboration with specialists, and building long-term client relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
