Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, expanding relationships within the local community while leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a complete financial picture for each client, driving loyalty and recurring

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business taxes.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Represent TurboTax professionally and participate in local marketing efforts and events.
