Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, client counseling, and end-to-end tax preparation services for in-person and remote customers.

You will build local relationships, drive community engagement, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver comprehensive tax solutions while upholding our standards for excellent customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required for tax filing.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal and state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location.
• English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
