You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, expanding the local market, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through expertise in tax and software tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
