Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation in local TurboTax offices. You will build a new client base, lead community events, and guide clients to Intuit solutions that fit their financial needs.

Onsite role with flexible hours during peak seasons, including training and ongoing development. Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA or active PTIN, with 3+ years of 1040 experience, and willingness to expand into bookkeeping or payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Serve as a local face for TurboTax, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
