Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and coordinating with a broader team.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service and leveraging Intuit resources for year‑round solutions. Ideal candidates have EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience with professional software.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
