Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; permitted to use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events; partner with marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address tax questions and planning.
