Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new U.S. locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, engage with the local community, and connect clients with expanded Intuit services for year-round support.

The role emphasizes onsite presence, customer-focused advisory, and growth of local client relationships, with opportunities to collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/picture.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping or payroll as appropriate.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals.
