Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is looking for a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for clients on-site, serving both in-person and virtual customers. You will connect with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, organize local events, and help clients with complex personal and business tax scenarios while upholding Intuit’s service standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, with training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local relationships and grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Deliver professional customer service and assist with tax planning.
